OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
PREP TEAM MEMBER
- Follows all food safety practices and restaurant cleanliness expectations in accordance with company standards and state / federal guidelines
- Ability to read and execute instructions and recipes accurately + efficiently
- Strong knife skills desired for all prep service team members, although not required
- Ability to prep vegetables, proteins, cheese, herbs, to standard
- Maintain clean workstations throughout the entire shift
- Ability to work alongside fellow team members to execute tasks accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge and operational capacity of all kitchen equipment
SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
- Greet guests with a smile and warm, friendly greeting delivering guests with exceptional customer service
- Toss / mix / bowl salads to standard
- Ability to read and execute instructions and online orders accurately
- Assemble customer and online orders per menu standards and customer modifications
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively and clearly to both customers and team members
- Maintain clean workstations throughout the entire shift
- Ability to work alongside fellow team members to execute tasks accurately and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and, stand for long periods
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Maintains proper hygiene and follow uniform standards
- Serve Safe and / or state certification is a plus
