Role Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to lead daily operations and enhance site performance in line with our company objectives.
This role is crucial for ensuring the satisfaction of both our sponsors and participants while fulfilling all contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee site activities to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
- Collaborate with company leadership to proactively address challenges and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications :
- An AS / BS in a science or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Clinical Research Site Network Management.
- Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and clinical procedures is preferred.
- Specialized training in clinical research is advantageous.
