Sites : Early Learning Center (2 positions), Middle School (1 position)
Caseload Information :
- Early Learning Center Self-contained : 8 students
- Resource : 20 students

Description :
ProCare Therapy is looking for dedicated Intervention Specialists to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The positions are based at the Early Learning Center and Middle School in Trotwood, OH.
These roles involve working with self-contained and resource students, providing specialized support to help them succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in self-contained and resource settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students' needs are met.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress assessment.
Requirements :
- Appropriate licensure (PreK licensure preferred).
- Experience working with early learning and middle school students.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
