Aspire Educational Services is seeking motivated and passionate Account Managers who will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier staffing solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates regarding staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and candidate relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
- Manage the candidate process from sourcing, screening, and managing the initial interview stages through offer stage, initial onboarding, and placement of the staffing need.
- Serve as liaison between candidate and school during onboarding and placement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
- Track key account metrics and communicate performance updates to management.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling. Develop strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales and recruitment activities, and account updates in CRM systems.
- Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Proactively builds a candidate pipeline for potential future needs.
- Develops job posts for positions unique to school staffing needs
- Maintains career site job postings to reflect all current active staffing needs
- Collaborates with other account managers to determine areas for collaboration and joint recruitment and placements
- Analyze staffing trends amongst clients and report to the team during meetings.
- Manages account postings on advertising outlets and tracks spend per job
- Maintains contact with prospective candidates regarding staffing needs
- Utilizes various outlets for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Attends educational career fairs to source new candidates and network with current and prospective clients.
- Analyze staffing trends and alert management when staffing needs are not being fulfilled in a timely manner
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Ability to learn and utilize the use of CRM and HR systems.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Being a team player and effectively communicating with colleagues is essential for success.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
- Having a basic understanding of sales techniques can be beneficial for upselling products or services to existing clients.
- Responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing client needs.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
- Relevant experience required.

Physical Requirements :
- The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Drive to client locations periodically
- Will be need to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to look at computer for extended periods of time.
