Job Summary
Develop visuals used in a variety of creative projects, including ads, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, and web assets.
Candidates must possess a strong sense of concept development in addition to communication, collaboration, research, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required. Web design skills are a plus, as is knowledge of typography, color, and production.

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, website graphics, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand design needs and brand guidelines.
- Design eye-catching graphics that are on-brand, consistent with style guides, and resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality layouts, illustrations, and mockups.
- Adapt existing design elements for various applications, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Working within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
- Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
