Job Description :
The recruiter will handle the end-to-end Recruiting for EMT classes. The role is essential for supporting the company’s growing needs and requires a hands-on approach to recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
- Support new hire onboarding and assist with employee orientation.
- Advertise job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and through networking.
- Work closely with HR and management teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Attend career fairs and participate in recruitment events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Compile and analyze recruitment data to report on trends and performance.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience with high-volume hiring, particularly for hourly roles.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and SharePoint.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite.
