Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Develop Project Plans : Utilize Microsoft Project to create detailed project schedules, outlining phases, key milestones, and dependencies.
2. Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring the right personnel and materials are available as needed.
3. Budget Management : Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments to stay within financial constraints.
4. Lead Project Teams : Direct the Assistant Project Manager and collaborate closely with the Director of Construction.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination : Ensure all parties are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
6. Training and Development : Facilitate training in ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control protocols to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
8. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations, obtaining necessary permits and inspections.
9. Software Utilization : Demonstrate proficiency in ProCore for document control, contract management, and progress tracking.
10. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation for stakeholder engagement.
11. Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
12. Conflict Resolution : Handle disputes or conflicts that arise promptly and effectively.
13. Strategic Planning : Assist in the strategic planning of the construction portfolio.
14. Innovation and Improvement : Seek ways to improve project delivery, including adopting new technologies.
