Area Beauty Advisor - Part Time- Seasonal

Passionate about the latest hairstyling trends and haircare tools? Then ActionLink needs you on our Beauty Sales Team! We are seeking an engaging individual with a flair for hair care who will enjoy creating quality interactions inside local Sephora Beauty locations.

Our Beauty Brand Ambassador will use sales and demonstration strategies to promote our global client, Dyson, and their premier line of personal hair styling tools, including the Airwrap Styler, Supersonic Hair Dryer, and Corrale Straightener.

The Brand Ambassador is tasked with showcasing these haircare items to customers and demonstrating all the cutting-edge reasons why they are the best in the industry! In this role, you will assess your customers' hairstyling curiosities and preferences, answer their questions, and provide live demos of the products' innovative mechanical features that will improve their daily hair styling routines.

Schedule 16 hours per weekAvailability on Saturday and Sunday (11 : 00am - 7 : 00pm) Ability to drive to designated stores within assigned market area What We Offer Represent premium haircare technologiesCompensation : The wage for this position is $28.

00 to 30.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Paid online training at same hourly rate W2 employment with biweekly pay scheduleOptional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off Duties Travel to assigned retailers to drive store sales and achieve / exceed sales goalsEstablish positive professional connections with store leaders and associatesConduct demo presentations to individuals and groups of store staff and clientsExude passion for the Dyson Brand and display expert knowledge of the full range of technologyTrain the store personnel to communicate Dyson technology with confidenceKeep updated about the latest products and ensure that all store locations are informedTake part in both initial and ongoing training sessions as well as team callsMaintain merchandising standards at shopfront Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift Minimum Qualifications Valid cosmetology a plus, but not neededSales, retail, product demo, or relevant customer relations experienceExperience in hair styling and working at a salon is strongly preferred, including the ability to handle hair confidently, perform fundamental curling and straightening techniques, and apply hair productsKnowledge of the Sephora retail environment;

prior relationships or experience in these stores is a plusDemonstrates aptitude for teaching in different settings, including individual and group contextsMust adhere to dress code / professional appearance standards and demeanor Access to reliable vehicle transportation to drive to locations throughout assigned territory Access to a smart device for reporting Equal Opportunity Employer
