Position : .Net Full Stack Developer
Location : Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)

Description :
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in Oracle 19c to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and procedures that bridge the gap between our TABS system and our website.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our business.
Day-to-day Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our website, ensuring seamless integration with the TABS system.
- Design, implement, and optimize stored procedures within Oracle 19c to facilitate data transfer and synchronization between our web applications and TABS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Allocate approximately 50% of your time to the development and maintenance of our in-house website, ensuring it meets business needs and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
Experience :
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Extensive experience with Oracle 19c, particularly in developing and optimizing stored procedures.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with TABS systems.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
