Your Role
Mission
Support the CTS Service Operations Team within the corporate and regional structure to ensure we establish a high degree of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients.
This includes optimizing efficiency through established processes, improving documentation, providing high level of support, offering feedback, and making recommendations to deliver top-tier service.
In conjunction with the Service Operations Excellence Manager, you will deliver high level systems support along with process support by collaboratively working with the regions, division, operations suppliers, and any other departments involved in the end-to-end service process.
The role involves supporting each region in utilizing available reports, monitoring and / or updating reports for management teams and collaborating on project plans and timelines.
Taking a lead role in administration of national supplier accounts for operations, maintenance user setup, reconciling central billing, ensuring proper allocation of costs to the regions and final execution of the approval flow to payment.
The goal is to enhance support quality by bringing in process and solution knowledge, continuously improving business processes, creating support systems, providing local training, and analyzing business data to proactively transform service operations.
Additionally, active participation and / or ownership in various CTS projects is crucial for process improvements and achieving desired results across various business areas.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement 25%
Analyze and monitor the regional service center operations to ensure we optimize efficiency while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, it encompasses monitoring project progress and KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting to the Service Operations Excellence Manager to ensure proper execution.
Analyze and monitor the service plan portfolio execution to ensure optimal efficiency while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper execution and conduct regular reviews with the regional operation teams. Highlight and review any unplanned activities with the goal of reducing the unplanned cost as much as possible.
Support regional teams to utilize and analyze report data to improve operational performance.
Business Support 75%
Support the regions in creation and on-going maintenance of SAP master data (including but not limited to new users, customers / partners, equipment, materials, and assets) within the SAP system.
Assisting with problem solving by identifying service flow system issues, determining root cause, and resolving them accordingly.
Reporting major system issues or issues unable to resolve to act! Solman support via SNOW ticket creation, as well as follow-up on submitted tickets.
Administrative responsibilities with Service Operations national supplier accounts. User setup, billing reconciliation, audits, and other account maintenance deemed necessary for execution efficiencies.
Support Acquisition Integrations- Ensuring all operations system and data integrations are handled efficiently and in a timely manner, support and actively involved in all aspects of Operations Side integration.
Provide administrative support for regional service operations. Monitor and maintain Service Logistics VISA portal management, research issues, and resolve as needed through service order.
Coding per required process.
Safeguard the integrity and transparency of operations and the legal structure by making sure that FAM and Business Code of Practice are understood and applied where relevant.
Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to internal and external customers.
Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customers both internal and external.
Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people / employees considered necessary to get the job done.

- SAP experience preferred.
Education
This position mandates a college degree along with 2 years relevant experience, or a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience within the CTS organization.
