We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in El Paso, TX! As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their full potential.

What BCBAs Do at Better Together Behavioral Health :
- Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
- Develop, implement and oversee client's BIPs and Treatment Plan.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other support staff.
- Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress and make necessary changes to the treatment plan.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills in individuals with ASD.
- Uphold ethical standards in patient care, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Requirements :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to engage in physical activities such as playing, running, and kneeling (6-8 Hours).
- Ability to manage maladaptive behaviors effectively, ethically and quickly.
