Corporate Lawyer
Are you a Corporate Associate with 2-3 years of Big Law experience looking to take your career to the next level? LHH is working with a growing boutique firm in Boston that offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions in a more balanced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and support clients in venture capital, private equity, and other debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic licensing.
- Manage all aspects of transactions from inception to closing, including due diligence, drafting acquisition and financing agreements, and preparing disclosure schedules.
- Advise on regulatory, risk, and compliance matters, and negotiate commercial and licensing contracts.
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor in complex corporate matters.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 2+ years of large firm training in M&A, private equity, and venture capital, with a proven ability to handle complex corporate transactions.
- Skills : Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Credentials : JD with high academic achievement; must be a member of the MA Bar.
- Mindset : Proactive, entrepreneurial, and client-focused, with a desire to take on substantial responsibility and engage directly with clients.
