Amorino is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager position is available at both Newbury Street and Harvard Square locations.
The ideal Assistant Manager is motivated, organized and committed to managing the store and the team every day. He is the operational expert that keep the store running like clockwork.
The Assistant Manager will train and empower the team, keep the store up and running at all time. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the overall look, feel and quality of the customer experience in the shop;
this includes being accountable for the daily staffing and general administrative duties, as well as providing leadership in the area of customer service.
The Assistant Manager is a role model and coach for delivering high-quality service, while creating meaningful connections with customers and partners alike.
At Amorino, Assistant Manager are not required to have previous management experience; we are looking for talented, natural leaders who can move from our Shift Leader staff after only one to two months of training.

Our operating hours are 1 : 00PM to 11 : 30PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight. Candidates must have flexible schedules and be able to work during our hours of operation.
The assistant manager work 5 day a week, with 2 days off (one of the days off can be during the weekend but not both)

Be competent in all phases of work done by counter staff, team leader and baristas
