About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital Job Specialty : PT Acute Care Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : - 1st time traveler considered with prior acute care clinical rotation experience- Comfortable with acute care- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations License : License in-hand required with submission Certifications : ACLS- BLS- NIHSS Must-Have : COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Flu Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Travel experience highly preferred but not required Job Description : Work as a Physical Therapist in an acute care hospital setting- Manage and provide therapy to adult and geriatric patient populations- Use EPIC EMR for patient records and documentation- Complete 3-6 weekend shifts per contract- Engage in a 16-hour orientation program prior to commencement
