SUCCESS / IMPACT STATEMENT
We're seeking a superstar Account Manager to join our thriving SaaS company and champion the journeys of our valued clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proactively identify customer needs and ensure they're met and exceeded by our product and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring successful product adoption and driving user engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV) through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Regularly communicate account progress and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends and provide valuable feedback to product development based on customer insights.
- Manage and prioritize workload to achieve individual and team targets.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently represent the company during client interactions.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfortable using reports and metrics to measure performance.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Nevada located candidates preferred but open to interviewing from across the USA and Canada
