Teleskope is a fully remote organization; this will be a work from home position. Even though we are remote, we are looking to build our Sales Team based out of Nevada.

We're seeking a superstar Account Manager to join our thriving SaaS company and champion the journeys of our valued clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of assigned accounts.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and ensure they're met and exceeded by our product and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring successful product adoption and driving user engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV) through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate account progress and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and provide valuable feedback to product development based on customer insights.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to achieve individual and team targets.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently represent the company during client interactions.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and comfortable using reports and metrics to measure performance.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Nevada located candidates preferred but open to interviewing from across the USA and Canada
