State Farm Agency, located in Tampa, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. We are seeking experienced insurance professional with an active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license.
Must be energetic and upbeat with good verbal and communication skills.
You will service existing Auto and Home policies by successfully completing transactions such as policy changes, greeting customers, service requests, billing questions, rate increase calls, late payment reminders, document scanning as well as addressing service questions and concerns with policyholders.

This is an in-office position, you must be able to commute to our Tampa, FL office.
An active Florida insurance license 2-20 or 4-40 is required
Insurance experience is required
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish / English)
A Florida insurance license 2-20 or 4-40 is REQUIRED.
State Farm experience preferred.
Pass criminal history background check
Good computer skills
The ability to organize your own work
Good phone skills
5+ years of successful insurance customer service / sales background.
