One of our clients is seeking a School Nurse (LPN) for service with medically fragile students in Fairfield, CT and the surrounding area.
HOURS
- Availability for summer, as well as the 2024-2025 school year!
- $42 / hr
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Provide professional support to school personnel, parents, and children.
- Provide direct care to students.
- Observe students for development and health patterns to provide a nursing judgment and / or diagnosis.
- Implement plans for students with chronic health problems and coordinate the administration of medication within state law and Board policies.
- Accompany children on field trips.
- Assess health complaints and care for students with special healthcare needs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- LPN license
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to complete and satisfactorily complete given background checks
