A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst, responsible for providing data support and project management for quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain Performance Improvement Project (PIP) submissions and produce required state reporting
Provide data support by designing data collection formats and developing reporting tools, including dashboards
Collaborate with various functions to drive quality improvement programs and analyze data for trends and inconsistencies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience working with large data sets and providing data-driven analytical insights
2+ years of experience with data and reporting functions
Expert level proficiency with MS Excel
Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
Experience with performance improvement projects is preferred
