Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of their HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking equipment.

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. He / she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities : Equipment Repair and Maintenance : Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk in coolers / freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems.

Support the client Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner.

Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines. Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements : High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.

Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager Ability to lift to 55 pounds Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Preferred relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical.

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy. Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.
