REQUIREMENTS :

JD from top tier school and record of academic excellence.
Must be member of the bar in the state where practicing.
1+ years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or legal department in the field of data privacy counseling and / or incident response .
CIPP Certification / US a plus.
Ability to offer practical advice, have excellent academic credentials, superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skill.

This staff attorney will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment.

Compensation : Salary will range between $125,000-$135,000 depending on experience . A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
