Description:
Currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data into our computer systems and databases. Your role will involve working with various types of information, such as customer orders, inventory records, and financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing regular quality checks.
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the entered data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for data and documents.
- Retrieve and present information from the database as requested by the management or other team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role,
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
