What You'll Do :

• Grow and manage a diverse commercial loan portfolio (CRE, C&I, middle market)
• Develop new client relationships while deepening existing ones
• Drive proactive business development and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor loan performance, manage risk, and maintain regulatory compliance
• Be a visible leader in the local business community
