Title : Business Systems Analyst
As a BSA, you'll serve as the bridge between various user groups, ensuring their system and process needs are met. Your primary focus will be understanding business operations and crafting tailored system solutions to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the delivery of solutions that optimize business functions.
- Take ownership of product development, enhancements, and fixes requested by business areas.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of IT roadmaps for designated business areas.
- Foster positive relationships between Information Technology and business / functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing application support and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to address IT solution needs and understand operational pain points.
- Manage and resolve support issues and escalations promptly, ensuring root causes are identified and communicated effectively.
- Utilize experience with relevant software to drive system improvements.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems functional analysis, and business case development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, users, systems, and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with relevant ERP modules.
- Background in relevant software preferred.
