You will be paid up to $25 / hour, ($16.90 - $19.00 hourly rate, plus tip pool and service charges). Tip pool and service charges add an average of an additional $6 / hour.
This is not guaranteed and depends on schedule availability and discretion of the guests.

The Cashier / Crew Members are the first and last impression to all of our guests. They are trained in multiple areas of the restaurant from guest interaction, to expediting orders, to hands-on cooking and ice cream preparation.
As the Cashier you will interact with the guest from the order to the execution. You will be working in a fast paced environment using your ability to multitask with efficiency and professionalism.
Once hired, you will be trained to provide friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guest service that goes above and beyond at all times.
You will contribute and excel in a team service environment. You will be responsible for understanding and following all company standards and guidelines, and perform opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Current CA Food Handler’s Card.
- Any cashier or guest service experience
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the service standards
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to Guest.
- Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items.
- Ability to transport food and beverage to Guests.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Complete opening, on-going and closing duties.
- Perform cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, dusting and cleaning windows.
- Anticipate Guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all Guest, however busy.
- Follow supervisor's instructions.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Answer phone promptly, satisfying all Guest requests, and taking messages.
- Take Guests food and beverage order utilizing salesmanship techniques.
- Input order into point of sales system- cash register.
- Legibly document orders when POS system is inoperative and distribute orders to appropriate stations.
- Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies.
- Prepare shakes, floats, custards, and concretes to recipes specifications
- Clean and reset tables including booths and the floor around them immediately after Guest departs.
