Job Title : Entry-Level Behavioral Technician
Location : Los Angeles, California

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary :
As a Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with clients to facilitate and implement individual therapies using ABA techniques.
Your role will involve supporting clients in improving their self-help skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and achieving their behavior goals.
All necessary training will be provided, so no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize ABA techniques to target and improve socially significant behaviors.
- Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans.
- Reduce challenging behaviors and promote self-help and independence skills.
- Collaborate with other service providers and team members.
- Conduct data collection to track progress.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Punctual, dedicated, and passionate about helping others.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Negative TB test results.
- Reliable transportation with a valid CA drivers license and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, at least 3 pm - 7 pm.
