Interim HealthCare has an opportunity for a part-time Medical Social Worker (MSW) . The Medical Social Worker (MSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs.
Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and care plan which identifies status, pertinent problems and needs of the patient.

Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or license and / or certification to meet state and / or federal requirements for the position.
- At least one year of experience in a home health environment is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of state and federal guidelines.
- Must have demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, assessment and social work methods techniques.
