We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team, with a specialized focus on Urology cases.
Position Overview :
As a full-time Surgical PA with St. Peter's Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Surgery team, specifically in Urology cases.
This role involves working closely with our Urologists from Capital Region Urology to provide comprehensive patient care throughout the surgical process, from preoperative assessments to postoperative management.
You will be integral in improving patient outcomes, ensuring efficient surgical operations, and contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
POSITION DETAILS :
- First assisting, admissions, and rounding on the campus of St. Peter's Hospital located in Albany, NY.
- Schedule : St. Peter's PA coverage is two (2) 12-hour shifts (6a-6p) and two (2) 8-hour shifts (6am-2p)
- Weekends : currently 1 : 4
REQUIREMENTS : Applicants should have the following :
- NYS licensure and DEA required.
- Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification.
- Experienced or new grads encouraged to apply.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes :
- 15k Bonus (5k Starting, 5k Retention, 5k Relocation *if live outside 50 miles of SPHP)
- Competitive base salary range $125,000-$143,000
