We are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to join our growing digital advertising team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple video and display platforms. Ideal candidates are highly driven, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a true desire to put both internal and external partner needs first.

Daily Tasks of a Digital Media Buyer

  • Campaign Execution : Launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic media campaigns within major DSPs
  • Performance Optimization : Adjust bids, pacing, budgets, and targeting strategies to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Data Analysis : Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights and campaign recommendations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with account managers, strategists, marketing consultants to ensure campaigns align with partner goals.
  • Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve campaign delivery issues, discrepancies, or technical problems.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular performance reports based on specific partner needs and frequency.
  • Innovation : Stay informed on programmatic trends, tools, and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Other assigned tasks

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications

  • 3 + years of hands-on experience in digital media buying.
  • Experience with buying platforms such as Google Display and / or DSPs
  • Understanding of core programmatic concepts (audience targeting, frequency capping, attribution).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator, capable of working across both internal and external teams.

    This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary.
