Job Summary

Certified under the Terminix Way program as a licensed and experienced route technician and trainer focused on pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control services and training others in the Terminix Way

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver timely, safe and effective pest, termite, bed bug, and mosquito control service for each established and new customers on assigned route
• Complete quarterly / annual Healthy Home inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify / document any concerning condition
• Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions / benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-up
• Maintain safe and clean vehicle / equipment, and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet route service needs
• Maintain proactive route schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions
• Conduct classroom / field training to enable growth / development of apprentice technicians and support branch / market priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• A minimum of one year of service with Terminix
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate
• Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels
• Maintains licenses / certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations
• Maintains valid driver's license
