Help Desk Analyst
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service for a web-based software application.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, email, and service desk portalDocument and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articlesSupport user acceptance testing and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issuesRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk environmentBachelor's degree in information technology or a related fieldAbility to independently research and analyze complex technical issuesSelf-motivation and a desire to learn new technologiesExperience with agile development practices is a plus
