- Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in maintenance of grounds, common areas, and apartment homes in your assigned community;
- delivering exceptional and prompt service; and treating all community members with respectComply with all OSHA regulations and health / safety policies and procedures;
- adhere to EPA regulations and update property log; and report all unsafe activities or incidentsSupport expense control by fixing rather than replacing, when applicablePrepare vacant units for occupancy;
