Work Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

As a Clinical Psychologist at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a critical role within the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic, conducting a wide range of psychological assessments and evaluations.

You will be responsible for performing various evaluations, including court-ordered assessments, while overseeing the completion of evaluations referred both internally and externally.

In addition to supervising psychometrics and interns, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive evaluation processes.

Your expertise will also be utilized in training staff, analyzing data, and supporting research efforts.

Engaging with the community through consultations and training will be a key aspect of your role, as well as providing clinical supervision and maintaining a caseload of therapy clients.

Requirements for this Staff Psychologist job

To excel in the role of Clinical Psychologist at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you must possess a valid license as a Clinical Psychologist and have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with emotionally troubled children and families.
