PROJECT COORDINATOR - REMOTE (EST).
The Select Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to help support one of our top clients in the insurance industry. For this role, we are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience coordinating IT projects and using Smartsheet for project tracking to join their team and help oversee and coordinate IT project initiatives across the company.

PROJECT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of project coordination experience
- Experience coordinating projects spanning across multiple departments
- Previous experience managing schedules and keeping projects on track
- Experience using Smartsheet & Excel for project tracking and managing deadlines
PROJECT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Working on the IT Team, supporting multiple departments, both inside and outside the IT Department, to support enterprise wide projects.
- Working on Enterprise projects that span multiple departments
- Keeping leadership up to date with key enterprise projects, and escalating project risk
- Weekly reporting on project status through leadership meetings and reporting
- Ensuring that individual teams are on track with projects, to ensure the overall enterprise project stays on track
- Adhoc duties completed as needed
