Job Summary and Qualifications

Job Summary : We are seeking a House Supervisor RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

You will proactively coordinate and supervise the hospital and patient care services.

What will you will do in this role :

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Responsible for bed management coordination

Administers plans and evaluates the activities of the hospital to ensure quality patient care

Job Requirements :

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

3-5 years' related experience. Acute care or specialty nursing experience as appropriate

BLS and ACLS are required

BSN is preferred

NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a purpose-guided healthcare provider. We are a four-story, 150,000-square-foot hospital.

We have 70 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, and inpatient and outpatient surgery.

Other services include cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. Our Emergency Department (ED) is approximately 14,500 square feet.

Our ED consists of 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad.
