ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages Project Coordination.
- Develops bids / quotes per client specification.
- Communicates with production to establish timelines.
- Initiates and monitors job budgets, schedules, change orders, and contracts.
- Interacts with Installation Manager to facilitate field work.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and expert interpersonal communications skills - internal and external.
- Liaise between sales, manufacturing, graphics and installation to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures project deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved.
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of general construction, drawings, engineering and manufacturing.
- Demonstrates ability to adapt and comply with specific company process and procedures for project management.
- Demonstrates flexibility in work hours to include availability for work outside of normal business hours as required by management.
- Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
- Provides care and security for all company resources.
- Makes periodic visits to client locations.
- Performs necessary housekeeping activities of work area.
- Participates in networking events as requested.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- One year of experience as a Project Manager.
- Bachelors degree or combination of experience / education.
- Experience in sign industry preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects is helpful.
