Description
JOB PURPOSE :
Provide program coordination and administration for all aspects of the Emergency Services Department to include deployments, Disaster Case Management and other Emergency Services Program tasks as they arrive and are secured.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide all logistical coordination as needed for the Emergency Services Department to include : transportation, lodging, materials, equipment and staff support during deployments.
- Perform administrative support functions for the entire Emergency Response Department. This will include but not be limited to, tracking equipment assignments and maintaining equipment inventories, monitoring all program reports for accuracy and quality, maintaining and monitoring expense report and payroll functions and time accuracy.
- Provide training, recruiting and communication to staff at shelter operations. This will include coordinating training and maintaining of our reservist records when not in deployment.
It will also include rostering staff when called on for a deployment along with logistics / resources.
- Standup and operate of emergency shelter operations when activated for a response.
- Perform special projects for the Director to include program reports, program data compilation, interview screenings, communication with the Endeavors wider community, and training new administrators and staff on payroll, mileage and other administrative skills needed for their offices.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : High School Diploma / GED required.
EXPERIENCE : 5 years administration experience and Emergency Management, non-profit experience preferred; 2-3 years' experience in a customer service focused environment.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel etc; Strong Math skills, 10 key by touch and proof reading.
CERTIFICATIONS : Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) Core Curriculum Courses.
IS-100.C : Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS 100
IS-0200.c Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, ICS 200
IS-700.B : An Introduction to the National Incident Management System
IS-800.D : National Response Framework, An Introduction
ATTENDANCE : Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.
LICENSES : Driver's License with clear record.
VEHICLE : Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
OTHER : Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and travel to various locations with such frequency as the business need dictates and to report on short notice.
