- Operate CMV to transport non-hazardous materials to designated sites / locations and successfully completes customer requests in a timely manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; complete all required driver paperwork accurately and according to company policies and procedures;
communicates any problems / concerns regarding company vehicles to immediate supervisor(s)
Practice driver safety at all times on and off-duty; secures cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or other designated and / or required equipment;
load / unload cargo if required or as needed; occasionally lift 30 lbs. 50 lbs.
- Adhere to all DOT requirements including DOT physicals, drug testing, etc.
- Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) must be used while operating CMVs and other company vehicles
- Operate a yard truck with a flatbed and / or van trailer; operate a fork-lift and maintain certification
- Performs other related work as required
- Supports trade show management activities such as assist on-site at trade shows and conventions with set up and dismantle;
delivery and pick up as needed
