- Facility Location : Richmond, VA
- Status : Full-time, Part-Time (with at least every other weekend availability)
- 12-hour Shifts : 7a-7p, 7p-7a 8 -hour Shifts : 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a Benefits :

Qualifications of a LPN :
- Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia or multi / compact)
- Certification program completed as an LPN
- CPR / BLS certification
Requirements to Apply :
- Updated resume
- 1 Valid ID
either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
- Voided Check / Direct Deposit from the bank
for payroll
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
- BLS / CPR
- TB Test (PPD / QuantiFERON)
at least within the last 12 months
