Description
Our client, a top regional broker, is actively seeking a Group Health & Benefits Account Manager or Assistant to work together to support Producers and clients.
This person will be heavily involved in providing excellent customer service to a book of business, deal with escalated service issues, handle enrollment meetings, etc.
This is a great company with an awesome culture and would be a terrific opportunity for someone with one or two years of experience in benefits or healthcare.
Perhaps even a prior internship on the carrier or broker side. Must have outstanding computer skills and great communications / organization.
