We are currently hiring for a Full Time RN Nursing Supervisor for the Meridian OB GYN Clinic!
What You Can Expect :
The Nursing Supervisor will oversee clinical team members (RNs and CMAs) and will be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic.
To include performance evaluations, education, support to Providers, staff scheduling, performance improvement projects for the service line, and more.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Day business hours. No weekends / holidays!
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience : 3 years' relevant experience
- Licenses / Certifications : Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous background in OBGYN
- Experienced in day-to-day clinical operations
