Adopted by military units, law enforcement, and tactical professionals the world over, our technology has thoroughly disrupted the suppressor industry while also solidifying its position as the gold standard in suppression systems.
American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand and we proudly build all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for an in-house IT System Administrator to become an integral part of our operations.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years’ experience in IT, networking and systems administration
- High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications
- SQL programming experience
- Knowledge of Solidworks and PDM
- Experience in supporting air gapped backup solutions
- Knowledge of ERP systems and how they work, preferably SAP Business One
Responsibilities :
- Proactive identification of improvements and efficiencies and proposals of solutions in various systems
- Managing IT asset inventory and ensuring all IT equipment is properly maintained and catalogued
- Provide support to on-site and remote staff
- Troubleshoot network and server issues
- Work with 3rd party providers to manage and troubleshoot various applications
- Oversee Network security appliances (Management of firewall, switches, wireless access)
- Manage other IT and equipment-related projects as needed
- Willingness to learn, document, and train others on ERP best practices
