Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech for a contract assignment in Sugar Land, TX. This is a day shift position, 6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM, Monday – Friday. The Surgical Tech will work closely with surgical teams under the direction of a registered nurse (RN), providing technical support during operative and invasive procedures. This role requires direct patient contact and proficiency in multiple surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist physicians during operative and invasive procedures.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and sterile equipment.
• Support surgical team members by anticipating procedural needs.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile field throughout procedures.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Document patient care and surgical support activities as required.
