What You'll Do

  • Oversee and maintain our marketing automation systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Execute and refine marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Develop / manage a lead / account scoring model to improve lead quality.
  • Manage the integration between marketing automation systems and other essential tools, including CRM platforms.
  • Establish and implement best practices for data management and hygiene.
  • Serve as a liaison to sales operations, finance, and other business ops functions.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and implement improvements in marketing automation processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in working with marketing automation tools, including Marketo, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing data.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

$100,000 - $150,000 a year

Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.

Must be located in either San Francisco or Chicago.
