About you : CxT is looking for a highly motivated in vitro biochemistry / small-molecule screening research associate to join our team.
This energetic researcher will deploy their skills in biochemistry and chemical screening to help drive in vitro assay development and drug discovery.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute in vitro biochemistry assays that will support chemical screening
- Independently analyze experimental findings and anticipate follow-up studies to drive research projects forward
- Productionize assays to make them precise, scalable, and reproducible for weekly execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists in a rigorous research setting, actively prioritizing efforts to align with organizational priorities
- Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental protocols and results
Qualifications :
- BS or MS in biological sciences or chemistry with 2+ years of drug discovery experience
- Hard-working scientific researcher who recognizes the importance of precision and rigor
- Technical expertise in biochemical assays and small molecule screens
- Collaborative, communicative, and flexible; eager to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed

Benefits and Compensation :
CxT provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA) and / or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), a retirement plan and DTO.
The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $65,000 $85,000 annually (not including discretionary bonus and benefits).
The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry and education.
