Vice President of Operations and Construction

Growing commercial general contractor construction company is seeking a proactive, assertive VP of Operations and Construction to join their team! Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent, reliable outcomes across all projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Analyze project data, make informed decisions, and take calculated risks to ensure the success of each project.
- Communicate clearly and directly with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing factual updates and recommendations.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes, always looking for ways to grow and evolve the business.
- Ensure financial targets are met and that all operations are aligned with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
Requirements :
- BS in Construction Science or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction industry
- 5+ years’ experience in senior commercial construction leadership role (Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, etc)
