Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Bilingual Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals.
You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Bilingual : Spanish and English
- Active state license for practicing speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong charting and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Participate in Staff Meetings
- Maintain CEUs and licensure
- Complete max plans of care each month or each week (e.g., Up to 9 times a month or up to 2x a week)
- Reschedule canceled or missed therapy visits, and plan ahead for holidays or future cancellations
