Under California Government Code Section 14200, this position is eligible for hybrid telework and may be eligible for full-time remote work in some circumstances and / or time-periods, at the sole discretion of the Department.

Telework-eligible applicants must reside in California. Headquarter location will be designated on the selected candidate's primary residence location.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) of the Division of State Financial Assistance (DSFA or Division), Fiscal and Program Support Section, the Staff Services Manager I manages staff in the Program Support Unit performing activities relating to the ongoing operations of the Division including pre and post Department’s Internal Loan Committee (ILC) award package compilation, processing award revisions / disencumbrances, assisting with funding reconciliations and managing the duties of the ILC.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
