Now Hiring : Radiologic Technologist
PAY : $72 / hr
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our team. As an X-ray Technician , you will perform diagnostic imaging examinations on patients to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
You will operate X-ray equipment, prepare patients for procedures, and ensure high-quality images are obtained for accurate diagnosis.
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities :
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Position patients correctly and ensure their safety and comfort during procedures.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
- Evaluate images for quality and clarity, ensuring accurate documentation of findings.
- Maintain patient records and adhere to confidentiality policies.
Radiologic Technologist Qualifications :
- Certification or licensure as an X-ray / Rad-tech Technician in the state of New York is required.
- Proven experience working as an X-ray Technician in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of X-ray imaging techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
