A company is looking for a West Coast Account Manager to join their Customer Success Team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships between clients and Account Executives
Act as the point of contact for clients, communicating their needs with internal teams
Manage high priority requests and conduct retention and churn analysis to optimize client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in the legal services industry
Experience in fostering strong client relationships and delivering client-focused solutions
Proficient with technology and cloud-based applications
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing tech start-up environment
