- Pay scale based on experience : 3-5mo. $.57cpm 6-11mo. $58cpm 12-23mo $.60cpm 2-9yrs. $62.cpm 10yrs. $.64cpm
- Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
- OTR all 48 states majority of freight is East of I-35 but we go where the freight goes
- Drivers average 2000-2200 miles per week.
- Average weekly miles are determined by HOS and availability
- ALL no touch freight
- 50-60% drop & hook
- 40-50% Live Unload
- No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs

- Average length of haul is over 600 miles
